2. Product features and applications

This product is a two-component epoxy resin insulation sealant, which belongs to room temperature curing. After curing has good insulation, moisture-proof, waterproof performance, excellent mechanical strength, electrical characteristics. Mainly used for rectifier, electronic parts, electrolytic capacitors, high-voltage coil ignition coil, electronic components, led lighting and other filling, filling.

Notes: The above performance data are based in 25±2 ℃ and relative humidity 50 ± 5%.

4. How to Use

1) The A glue will be stratified phenomenon in storage, please first stir the period.

2) The A glue and B glue were weighed accurately according to the weight ratio of 5:1 and stirred evenly for 1-2 minutes.

3) The A glue /B glue mixture can be defoamed in a vacuum oven for 5 minutes (vacuum less than 1 mmHg).

4) Take the glue into the assembly components. Curing at room temperature.

5. Storage and Transportation

1) This product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place (5 ° C ~ 25 ° C) to prevent rain and sun exposure.

2) The storage period of A glue and B glue at room temperature is 6 months respectively. After storage for a long time, the filler in the glue will settle. Please use it evenly after mixing, without affecting performance.

3) Keep away from heat source, ignition source and incompatibility. Storage areas should be clearly marked and free of obstacles.

4) Adequate fire extinguishers and spill-clearing equipment should be near the storage area.

5) Wear appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid contact with this chemical or contaminated equipment.

6) Do not use with incompatible substances such as strong acids or bases.

7) If accidental inhalation of steam, remove the inhaler to fresh air; if contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.

8) General fire extinguishers: dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, foam fire extinguishers, fog water.

This product is packed A glue in 25kg/plastic cask, B glue in 5kg/plastic cask.
