2. Product features and applications

1) ST-210M is a two-component condensation silicone material cured at room temperature. The cured elastomer has excellent insulation, moisture resistance, shock resistance and thermal conductivity. No corrosion to PC, PP, ABS, PVC, copper wire and other materials, good adhesion to most electronic accessory materials (except PP, PE) copper, iron, aluminum and other materials. Comply with RoHS directive and other related environmental requirements. It is suitable for potting all kinds of electronic components so that they can operate safely under harsh conditions.

2) ST-210M is mainly used for wall washer, floodlight, buried light, power supply and other irrigation and potting, with heat conduction and dissipation, waterproof and other functions.

Notes: The above performance data are based in 25±2 ℃ and relative humidity 50 ± 5%.

4. How to Use

1) Stirring: before mixing, mix component A in the barrel with manual or mechanical equipment for 5-7 minutes. The agitator should be placed at the center of the liquid level. The depth of the agitator should be 1/2 to 2/3 of the depth of the liquid. Component B shall be shaken about 5-7 times in the sealed state before use.

2) Mixing: the two components must be completely mixed according to the weight ratio A:B= 10:1. Mixing can be done manually or with equipment. If the ratio needs to be changed, it should be tested before practical application. Generally, the higher the dosage of B component, the shorter the operation time and curing time. The higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the operating time and curing time. Generally, heating is not recommended to avoid pinholes or bubbles on the surface and inside, which may affect the appearance and sealing performance of the product.

3）Defoaming: in air-sensitive applications, the product is vacuumed after stirring.

4）Working hours: under normal temperature 25 ℃, the viscosity of the products will increase with the increase of time, do now with chef, when using must be completed within a short time (30 minutes).Do not pour the excess mixture into the remaining container.

5. Storage and Transportation

1) This product should be sealed and stored in a cool , ventilated and dry place (5 ℃ to 25 ℃), and prevent being exposured in the rain and sun.

2) The storage period of glue A is 12 months at room temperature, and that of glue B is 6 months. After long-term storage, the filling in the glue will settle. Please mix it well and use it without affecting its performance.

3) This product is not a dangerous product, but please pay attention to avoid the contact between the curing agent and the skin and eyes. Once in contact, wash the product with appropriate amount of detergent and water immediately. If it splashes into the eyes, wash it with flowing water for at least 15 minutes, and consult the doctor.

4) After the product is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible. The unused products should be sealed and stored in a safe place.

5)This product is non-dangerous and can be stored and transported as general chemicals.

6）Due to the reaction mechanism, the electrical properties of the product should be tested after 72 hours.

6. Packing

This product is packed in plastic drum: Glue A is 20kg/pc, and glue B is 2kg/pc.
