2. Product features and applications

This product is a single component, ultraviolet curing, acrylic resin adhesive. Designed specifically for plastic (PS,PVC,PC,PMMA, etc.) bonding, the product also has certain adhesion to glass, metal, etc. Mainly used for LED lighting, electronics, plastic and other bonding.It has the characteristics of surface drying, fast curing, strong adhesion relay, good water resistance to high and low temperature performance.

4. How to Use

1) The adhesive surface shall be dusted, deoiled, dried and determined according to the need.

2) UV irradiation time is adjusted according to the power of the uv lamp and the distance between the coated parts. The curing speed and depth depend on the light intensity, the spectral distribution of the light source, the irradiation time and the transmittance of the adhesive material.

5. Storage and Transportation

1) Store in a cool, dark place, the best storage temperature is 8-28℃, too high or too low will affect the properties of glue, shelf life of 6 months.

2) After the operation is finished, the unused glue should tighten the cap immediately, seal and save.

3) In order to avoid contamination of the original glue, do not return the poured glue back to the original packaging.

4) General adhesive uv has slight irritation to skin and eyes. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, should be immediately cleaned with water, if there is still discomfort to the hospital examination. Rinse immediately after skin contact with soapy water.

6. Packing

This product is packed in in plastic tube with 50g/pc.
