ST-3615 is a low viscosity, low hardness, heat-cured liquid silicone rubber. With excellent climate aging resistance and other characteristics, It can be used in-60~ + 200℃, with good chemical stability and non-toxic. Before curing, this product is a light blue transparent liquid. Through the F FA DA detection and certification, it can be solidified into a low shrinkage elastomer at a certain temperature. After curing, it has high strength, high toughness, high transparency and other characteristics, which can be an overall deep solidification. Can be used in the clothing, fabric, silicone products industry.

4. How to Use

1) Cleaning: Clean the equipment and adhesive products before glue.

2) Curing: Fully mix the A and B components in a ratio of 1: 1 (weight ratio / or volume ratio). (Static mixing is recommended Mix, without defoaming). The A/B component must be fully mixed, and if undermixed, it may cause incomplete curing or weakened physical performance. The allowable operation time of the product is related to the ambient temperature, and the higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the allowable operation time. Permissible operating time ≥ 1.5 hours / 25℃.

3) If air bubbles are found in the curing process, the curing temperature of the front section can be reduced and then the time is extended, and the temperature can be increased after the basic solidification, which can effectively solve the bubble problem.

4) This product is easy to be poisoned by molecular compounds containing P(phosphorus), S(sulfur), N(nitrogen) elements, and the curing agent in condensed silicone rubber can also affect curing, pay attention to cleaning to prevent impurities from mixing. The above chemicals may affect the curing of the product. Please conduct a compatibility test before use.

5. Storage and Transportation

1) This product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place (5 ° C ~ 25 ° C) to prevent rain and sun exposure.

2) In a normal storage environment, the storage period is 12 months.

3) After the products shall be opened, they shall be exhausted as soon as possible. The unused products shall be sealed in a safe place.

4) If the machine glue injection machine is used, it is recommended to clean the glue injection machine daily.

5) This product is non-dangerous goods and can be stored and transported by general chemicals.

6. Packing

This product A, B glue is packed in 2600ml, 20kg or 200kg /plastic drum.
