This product is a high thermal conductive silicone material.With low oil distance, high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, climate aging resistance and other properties.It has high thermal conductivity and lower contact heat resistance.Can effectively improve the heat dissipation performance of the device, and strengthen the reliability of heat resistance management.Meet the RoHS standards and relevant environmental protection requirements, with stable chemical and physical performance.It is mainly used for electronic and electrical equipment, thermal interface materials of lighting components such as LED lamps, home appliances, power modules, thermal interface materials of original power, etc.

4. How to Use

1. Clean the surface to be coated, and remove oil pollution and sundries. Then the thermal conductive silicone fat will be evenly coated on the surface to be coated.

2. First, clean the radiator surface with high purity solvent such as high purity isoprenol or acetone and non-free cloth (such as cloth used for lens cleaning).

3. Apply the silicone grease directly on the heat dissipation contact surface with a scraper and brush, with appropriate light pressure, so that the silicone grease can better fill the interface. To tain the best thermal conduction effect.

1. The use of thermal grease is not as much as possible, but the thinner the better under the premise of filling the gap, more coating is not beneficial, but will affect the heat transfer efficiency.

3. This product should be sealed and stored in a cool dry and ventilated place (5 °C ~ 25 °C). Prevent rain and sun exposure; storage period is 12 months.

4. After the product is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible. The unused products should be sealed and placed in a safe place.

5. After opening the lid, there is a layer of oil on the surface of the product, which is a normal qualified product. It should be stirred thoroughly before use.
