2. Product features and applications

EA-147M is a one-component heat curing modified epoxy adhesive that cures quickly at low temperatures and in a short period of time.  Excellent adhesion between many different types of materials.  The product has excellent working performance and high storage stability, and the product can be repaired under appropriate conditions.

This product is suitable for dispensing or large-area steel mesh scraping process. It is mainly used to bond inductor coils. It is suitable for memory cards, CCD/CMOS, etc. It can also be used for bonding various active and passive components in PCBA assembly.  Reinforcement, etc.: It is especially suitable for bonding and fixing LED backlights, lamp lenses and plugs.

4. How to Use

1) Please use at room temperature to prevent high temperature.  After the product is taken out of the cold storage (refrigerator), avoid opening it immediately. It should be placed at room temperature for at least 4 hours before being opened for proper use.

2) This product is sensitive to humidity. Do not expose the glue to the air for a long time. It is recommended to apply the glue in a constant temperature and humidity environment at a temperature of 25°C. With a relative humidity of less than 60%, the product can be operated for 24 hours.  The temperature of each canister is not more than three times.  Do not use recycled rubber in the same packaging container as unused rubber.

5. Storage and Transportation
