This product is a single component room temperature curing, transparent, liquid silicone products, easy to use, can be sprayed, impregnated, brushed and other methods of construction, can be diluted with diluent (toluene); after curing has strong adhesion, friction resistance, aging resistance and other properties; after use can play the role of moisture-proof, waterproof, corrosion-proof insulation protection; non-toxic, non-polluting, in line with the requirements of the European Union ROHS environmental protection instructions.

It is mainly used for coating protection of electrical and electronic products, led display screens and circuit boards, protective layer for flexible, rigid circuit board and various circuits.

4. How to Use

1. Clean the surface: clean the coated surface, remove dust and oil, otherwise affect abnormal adhesion;

2. Cover connectors, switches, sockets, plug boards and other areas;

3. According to the actual use situation, spraying, dipping and brush and other glue application techniques can be selected. If the viscosity is too high, an appropriate amount of dilutions can be added, diluted and deployed into different viscosity for construction.

3. Curing: Place the coated parts in air and solidify or warm.

4. After pouring out the coating in the bucket, wipe off the excess paint at the mouth of the bucket, tighten the bottle cap, and keep it in a cool shade after sealing.

6. After the construction, the hair brush and spray gun shall be cleaned with diluent in time for the next use.

5. Storage and Transportation

1. Keep it away from the children.If accidentally contact skin, wipe clean and rinse with water; if accidentally contact eyes, rinse with water and go to the hospital for examination.

2. The product shall be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place (-10℃ ~28℃) to prevent rain and sun exposure.Prevent the fumigation of acid and alkali liquid, and should isolate the fire source, away from the heat source, the storage period is 6 months.

3. After the product is opened, it should be exhausted as soon as possible. The unused product should be strictly sealed in a safe place.

4. The dilute solvent used in silicone shall not contain water, sulfur compounds, pyridine and other impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the silicone paint film.

5. In the processing process of silicone, there will be methanol and other flammable and explosive solvents volatile out. Pay attention should be paid to strengthen the operation site ventilation, pay attention to fire prevention, and strictly cut off the fire sources.Operators should pay attention to labor protection.

6. In the processing process of silicone, the equipment and appliances used must be clean, and strictly prevent the dust and foreign body from mixing and bringing in, otherwise the electrical insulation performance of the products will be reduced.

7. Compounds such as water and gas, acid, alkali, organic acids and amines accelerate the silicone.Silicone resin shall be strictly isolated from these substances.

8. Sunprotection, fire prevention, moisture-proof, acid-alkali prevention and salt in product transportation, and the temperature is less than 50℃.Transportation according to flammable goods.
